Book a Stay

If you’d like to book a vacation at Lóma on the Lake, our comfortable, stylish lakefront house on Schroon Lake in The Adirondacks (ADK) of New York, we’d love to hear from you!

Our current rental season is roughly from mid-May to mid-October.

Rates

$3800 per week. Normally Saturday (4PM) – Saturday (11AM).

Policies

Pet Policy: Pets welcome. All pets must be approved on an individual basis. Please include a request for pets in your inquiry. There will be a $50 pet cleaning fee added to the weekly charge.
Smoking Policy: No smoking inside or on porch or decks.
Cleaning Policy: Our rate includes cleaning, but of course we ask that you be courteous and respectful and treat the property as you would your own.
Linen Policy: We request that renters bring their own linens (towels and bedding). Linens (towels and bedding) can be provided for an additional fee of $100 for the week. Please let us know if you would like to include the use of our linens for the week in your request. This helps us manage our cleaning/washing schedule.
Security Deposit Information: Security deposit of $500 required, refundable within a week after rental (minus charges, if any, for linen use, cleaning, or damage).
